Who we are

FruitionX is a youth-focused agency that empowers and identifies young people's strengths in order to help them achieve qualifications, skills, and positive mental well-being. To help manifest their visions through collaboration and self-determination.

We also support the transition process of academy youth players, and athletes who are no longer selected in their respected professional sports, by providing opportunities through: skills training, mentoring, counselling and workshops. We partner with international brands, corporations and organisations to provide young people and athletes with opportunities for internships, apprenticeships, and work experience.

Profits are reinvested back into the company. We are committed to assisting young people from all walks of life, regardless of who they are or where they come from. Your business contributes to the success of ours, which benefits future generations.

We work with

  • NEETs
  • Young Athletes
  • Young Ex offenders
  • Care leavers
  • with an interest in sports and tech.

What we do

FruitionX provide training, workshops, bootcamps, coaching and mentoring to help young people in their self-development journey with a holistic approach.

Our why

Young people are our future- opening doors and pathways for young people in challenging times is FruitionX ethos.

Not underrepresented but underestimated - young people need the right guidance and support to go on and be successful in whatever they want to achieve and pursue.

Our goal

FXD understands and empathise with young people’s struggles and difficulties in their internal and external environment. FXD is the bridge between young people and organisations that want to help them with their future.
"Working with shades of womanhood has changed my whole perspective on life and business. It has shaped me into a different woman and helped me with womanhood. It teaches you how to be a real woman boss. It also teaches you life skills such as time management and organisation. They also offer emotional support which is very helpful. I’m very grateful for working with this team."
